Are you a licensed bakery?

Yes, Two Bees Bakery is a home-based bakery, licensed under the Arizona Cottage Food Program.

How are cookies packaged?

Each cookie is individually packaged in a sealed cellophane bag, and your order will be in a bakery box.

How long will the cookies last?

We recommend enjoying your cookies within 3 days for maximum freshness. They can be stored for up to 7 days in an airtight container, if desired. Our cookies also freeze well.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Orders generally require a 3-4 week lead time. For any orders requiring a quicker turnaround time, we will do our best to accommodate; however, a rush order fee will be applied.

Do you have an order minimum?

Yes, our minimum is 2 dozen cookies.

Do you give discounts for larger orders?

Due to the labor-intensive nature of these baked goods, we are unable to provide volume discounts. However, we will do our best to accommodate all budgets.

Do you deliver?

Currently, we do not provide delivery. All orders are for pick-up in Gilbert, AZ at either Val Vista and Baseline or Greenfield & Germann. Special requests may be accommodated for an additional fee.

Do you ship?

Unfortunately, due to state regulations, we are unable to ship outside of Arizona. All orders are for pick-up only at this time.

What is your payment policy?

Payment for custom orders is due when the order is placed, and Two Bees Bakery accepts cash or Venmo. Orders are not confirmed until full payment is made, and orders are non-refundable.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Due to the custom nature of these baked goods, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
